In my Network Marketing training, I ask a series of the most important questions a person can ask about what are the benefits and why we engage in network marketing.
There are a very large number of benefits but I will only focus on the financial benefits here. Before giving you the questions you must ask to get the answer for yourself, please allow me to give you my answer.
Network marketing gives me the ability to get the same thing working in my life that the wealthy have working in their lives – but without the need for me to make the same huge capital investment that the wealthy often have to make to earn their wealth. Now here are the questions you must ask yourself.
Who is responsible for your income?
If your answer is “I am” responsible for my income – you have stated the problem and the reason why you are not financially independent. It’s also the most important answer you must change immediately.
What is being responsible?
Being responsible is to have the capacity to respond to the need with the ability to change the outcome. The change starts with examining the beliefs you have based on what you have been taught, examining what you think you know and it ends with what you are now open to learning new that wealthy people have working. What do they have that is responsible for their income and wealth.
Why are people wealthy?
Just ask yourself who is responsible for the income of the wealthiest people in any area of human enterprise? For the wealthy, the answer to the question of who is responsible for their income is all the people that they help get a paycheck. These people are responsible for their income along with themselves. It’s called leverage.
What does leverage provide?
So the answer to acquiring more income leading to more wealth is found in your answer to the question of how much leverage you have in your life. Leverage is simply defined as how many people do you help get what they want? These are the very same people that will help you get the income you want. The formula is simple – help more and you’ll earn more income.
What do people want and need?
At the risk of oversimplification, there are three ways to look at what people want. Do they want a product, do they want an outcome (product or service) or do they want a paycheck? The best opportunity is where you can offer any one or all three to the most people.

If you want to become financially independent your answer to the question of who is responsible for your income must be the list of the names of all the people you help get a paycheck.
